Cathay Pacific chooses EDM to supply cabin crew training simulators

EDM, a provider of training simulators to the civil aviation and defence sectors, reported that Cathay Pacific has awarded it a major contract to provide a broad range of cabin crew training simulators. The simulators will be specifically designed and manufactured by EDM to enable the cabin crew of the Hong Kong based airline to maintain and enhance the training of their highly proficient crew in the handling of emergency situations and provision of cabin services to passengers. Once completed at EDM’s headquarters in the UK, the training equipment will be shipped and installed at Cathay Pacific’s Training Centre in Cathay City at Hong Kong International Airport.
