Hong Kong Aviation Capital delivers second A320-200 to Volaris

Hong Kong Aviation Capital (HKAC) delivered another new A320-200 to Volaris, an ultra-lowcost airline in Mexico, being the second of seven A320 aircraft that it will lease to the airline under a purchase and lease back arrangement.
