FLYHT reported changes to its executive management team. Mr. Tom Schmutz has been appointed the new chief executive officer (“CEO”) of the Corporation. Mr. Bill Tempany is retiring from his role as CEO, but will remain on the board of directors and has been appointed the chairman of the board. In addition, Mr. Matt Bradley has resigned from his position as president of the Corporation to pursue new career opportunities. Mr. Schmutz comes to FLYHT with a wealth of industry experience, contacts and knowledge. In a career of more than 30 years he gained extensive experience in senior leadership roles in the aerospace and telecommunications industries. Most recently, Mr. Schmutz spent nine years with L-3 Communications Corporation in the Aviation Recorders division.
