BGS, an international provider of ground handling and aircraft fuelling services, has announced its expansion to Riga International (IATA: RIX), the largest airport in the Baltic States. Since establishing its presence in the main aviation hub in Latvia, BGS has already provided fuelling support to its first customer in Riga – Bulgarian BH Air. As of now, BGS provides into-plane fuelling and de-fuelling services for all types of airplanes, including commercial, business and general aviation aircraft. The company also operates a 300 m3 aviation fuel storage facility and a park of fuelling trucks which ensure 24/7 supply of JET A-1 fuel. Riga has become te 8th airport in the BGS network. Riga International is an international airport located in the capital of Latvia. Having served over 4.8 million passengers and 33 000 tons of cargo in 2014 alone, it is the largest airport in the Baltic States.
