Mobil Jet Oil 387 approved for use in GE90 turbofan engines

ExxonMobil Mobil Jet Oil 387, a synthetic High Performance Capability (HPC)* turbine engine oil, is now fully approved for use in a range of GE Aviation’s GE90 engines including the GE 90-76B, GE 90-85B, GE 90-90B, GE 90-94B, GE 90-110B1 and GE 90-115B. First introduced by GE Aviation in 1995 for use on the Boeing 777 aircraft, the GE90 is one of the world’s most powerful turbofan engine series and it is used by many leading airlines today. To meet GE’s GE90 engine series specifications, Mobil Jet Oil 387 was subjected to extensive testing both on the ground and in-flight. With more than 60,000 hours of on-wing experience, Mobil Jet Oil 387 helps maintain engine cleanliness, provides excellent seal compatibility and delivers outstanding overall protection for GE90 engines.
