GOL engages SkyWorks Capital

GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes, has hired SkyWorks Capital, a specialized financial advisory firm, to assist the Company in discussions with its aircraft lessors with the objective of renegotiating certain commercial terms of the leases. The engagement of SkyWorks is part of the Company’s business plan and is consistent with previously disclosed measures aimed at optimizing the Company’s route network, pushing back its aircraft delivery schedule and resizing its capacity, in order to adjust its flight offerings to current levels of demand and to current conditions in the sector.
