Avianor has reported that its second quarter event schedule has surpassed 30 scheduled visits necessitating the addition of 150 additional technicians and facilities expansion. In addition to regular maintenance scheduled in support of the company’s contract with L-3-MAS to perform heavy maintenance on the DND CC-150 (A310) aircraft, the company has inducted the first of two B777 Heavy Maintenance and Cabin modification visits for a U.S operator and another European client has entrusted Avianor with a C check one of its A310 aircraft. In parallel to the above, Avianor will induct two cabin modification lines for Air Canada. Both contracts involve modifications to 7 x B777-300 and 10 x Airbus A321 aircraft.
