AAR names Jason B. Secore new treasurer

AAR CORP., a leading provider of services to commercial aviation and government customers worldwide, announced that Jason B. Secore has joined the Company as Treasurer, reporting to Michael J. Sharp, Chief Financial Officer. As Treasurer, Secore will be responsible for leading the Company’s treasury strategy, including global treasury operations, corporate finance and banking relationships, cash forecasting and investment management activities. Prior to joining AAR, Secore served as Vice President, Finance and Corporate Treasurer at Republic Airways Holdings, a regional airline with a combined fleet of 250 aircraft operating 1,300 flights daily for American Eagle, Delta Connection and United Express.
