American Airlines names Heather Garboden Vice President – Financial Planning

American Airlines Group has promoted Heather Garboden to Vice President – Financial Planning. In this role, she will be responsible for the airline’s capital and operating budget, long-range financial planning, forecasting systems and management of the company’s corporate purchasing department. She will report to Devon May, American’s Senior Vice President – Finance.
