IBA (International Bureau of Aviation) has opened its Dublin office as part of an expansion programme to provide access to IBA’s expert consulting and analysis in strategic locations worldwide. Given both the high number of IBA’s clients who are based in Dublin, and the continuing arrival of international investors and lessors, opening an office in Ireland’s capital has been a straightforward commercial decision. The new office will house IBA’s team of experts with a focus on full-cycle lease management, consultancy and the provision of exclusive data. In addition, IBA has announced that two of its candidate appraisers have passed the examinations to advance to Certified Appraiser so it now has a total of six appraisers in the Senior and Certified categories within the firm. This not only further strengthens its depth of expertise, but also expands the global network with appraisal services in China.
