Guggenheim Aviation Partners closes financing of 2 A330-300s on lease to Delta Air Lines

Guggenheim Aviation Partners has successfully closed a term debt facility covering two Airbus A330-300 aircraft arranged by DVB Bank SE. The two widebody aircraft were delivered new to Delta Air Lines from Airbus and are on long term operating leases. Stephenson Harwood acted for GAP as lessor’s counsel while Vedder Price advised DVB for this transaction.
