B. Coleman Aviation’s MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) division and Mobile Aircraft Services have entered into a merger agreement in which the companies will combine to create a new aircraft MRO and AOG (Aircraft On Ground) support services company. The agreement will take effect on August 1, 2016 with the combined companies renamed Infinity Aircraft Services. The new company will be headquartered in West Palm Beach with an expanded service reach to include DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (KPDK) in Atlanta, GA and the Gary/Chicago International Airport (KGYY). Infinity Aircraft Services will provide on-demand AOG support, scheduled inspections, avionics installation and service, engine and APU services, conformity and pre-purchase inspections, and interior refurbishments for business and general aviation aircraft. The partnership will result in greater efficiencies and significantly enhance the value proposition for its current customer base while simultaneously expanding its customer network.
