Lufthansa Technik cooperates with Starburst Accelerator

Lufthansa Technik AG has chosen Starburst to develop and strengthen ties with innovative start-ups in the aerospace sector. Having access to a start-up pool with aerospace focus of at least 150 start-ups in Europe as well as 100 start-ups in the US, Starburst covers a wide range of potential future collaborations with start-ups. In addition to its established partnerships with universities, research institutes, SMEs, OEMs and aircraft manufacturers, Lufthansa Technik is working toward a strong presence in the start-up arena in several predefined technical search fields as part of its Open Innovation Network. Those collaborations can take all forms imaginable: from a simple inspiration by new technologies (market watch) to a complete buy-in, everything is possible.
