Ulrik Svensson named new Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Lufthansa AG

Ulrik Svensson has been appointed to the Executive Board of Deutsche Lufthansa AG to serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He will assume his new duties on 1 January 2017, with a contract of employment valid until 31 December 2019. Ulrik Svensson was appointed by the Deutsche Lufthansa AG Supervisory Board when it met in Frankfurt on July 1st. He succeeds Simone Menne, who, by agreement with the Executive and Supervisory Boards, will leave the company on 31 August 2016.
