Spectre Air Capital acquires Stands on Demand

Spectre Air Capital, has completed the purchase of Stands on Demand (SOD). SAC will continue to operate the engine stand leasing business and will launch a new platform in short order. As part of the transaction the owners of SOD will own a minority share in the new joint company. Jordan Jaffe, CEO of SAC, states ”Our recent acquisition of Stands on Demand marks a natural progression of our core business model, allowing us to expand our product offering into a dynamic space that is long overdue for a more efficient means of management and planning for these mobile assets.”
