United and IBT reach agreement in principle for technicians

United and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) announced jointly that they have reached an agreement in principle for a joint contract covering the company’s approximately 9,000 technicians and related employees. The parties will complete final language and put the resulting tentative agreement out to vote by the technicians and related employees.
