CIT Aerospace signs 39 lease agreements in 2nd quarter 2016

CIT Aerospace, a global leader in aircraft finance, signed a total of 39 agreements in the second quarter of 2016 for the current and future leases of commercial aircraft. CIT Aerospace also delivered 26 aircraft, including new and used aircraft and lease extensions of existing fleet, to its airline customers around the world. “The continued success of CIT Aerospace in 2016 is based on our industry expertise and our ability to maintain one of the youngest and most technologically advanced fleets in the industry,” said Tony Diaz, President of CIT Aerospace. “Our ability to provide customized financial solutions to our airline customers has allowed us to maintain our position as one of the largest lessors in the aerospace sector.” CIT Aerospace owns, finances and manages a fleet of more than 350 commercial aircraft serving approximately 100 customers in 50 countries.
