SkyWorks announces second quarter 2016 activities for its asset management

SkyWorks Holdings reported transactions and activities performed during the second quarter 2016.  Asset Management Services, provided through SkyWorks Leasing, involved 20 aircraft in the second quarter 2016 and included the following:
On behalf of Finnair, SkyWorks arranged the sale of one A340-300 removed from service. On behalf of a U.S. Investor, SkyWorks arranged the sale of two B737-700s on lease to United Airlines. On behalf of SAS, SkyWorks arranged the sale of three MD90s to Delta Air Lines. These were the final deliveries originating from multiple sales transactions between SAS and Delta starting in 2010, all arranged by SkyWorks, encompassing eight MD90s, 23 MD80s, three B717s and 10 JT8D-217C engines.
On behalf of a U.S. Investor, SkyWorks sourced and arranged the acquisition of one A319 and two A320s on lease to Bangkok Airways. SkyWorks has been retained to manage the aircraft on behalf of the buyer. On behalf of a U.S. Investor, SkyWorks arranged the sale of one B767-300ER to Colt Transportes Aereos, Brazil. The aircraft will be operated on ACMI lease for the Brazilian Air Force. On behalf of a U.S. Investor, SkyWorks arranged the lease returns of four B737-400s from Alaska Airlines. Two of the aircraft were subsequently placed on lease to Safair, South Africa. On behalf of a U.S. Investor, SkyWorks arranged the sale of one B737-700 and five B737-800 on lease to United Airlines.
