Corendon Airlines has signed a new deal with Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) to provide Corendon Airlines Turkey and Corendon Dutch Airlines with engine maintenance services for twelve CFM56-7B engines in their fleets. The engine maintenance services started in July and are planned to take place until year 2018 at AFI KLM E&M Amsterdam facilities. AFI KLM E&M provides full engine support, including spare engines. This move continues a collaborative effort between the two companies with AFI KLM E&M successfully accomplishing similar maintenance on CFM56-7B engines in 2013 and 2014. Moreover, their partnership goes beyond engine services as a previous contract was signed for 737 component support, and AFI KLM E&M is bringing Corendon privileged support and expert insight regarding any technical issue within its partner’s fleet.
