Aviation Inventory Resources acquires major Saab 340 aircraft

Aviation Inventory Resources has acquired 19 Saab 340B aircraft along with a major spares inventory from Envoy Air Inc. The package represents the largest ever single aftermarket aircraft/spares transaction for the Saab 340. The spares inventory of more than 11,000 line items will be relocated to AIR’s main facility in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area. AIR will disposition the aircraft on a scheduled basis. Aviation Inventory Resources, A.I.R., has been a premiere supplier of regional aircraft spares since 1999. Based in Alvarado, Texas, the company specializes in the Saab 340, ATR 42/72, Embraer ERJ and Beech 1900 aircraft.
