Transportation Partners closes financing of three ATR72-600

Lion Air Group airlines, Malindo Air and Wings Air, have taken delivery of three new ATR72-600 aircraft on operating lease from Singapore-based lessor, Transportation Partners. All three aircraft were delivered in the last quarter of 2016 and were financed by DVB Bank SE Singapore Branch (DVB). DVB acted as the sole Arranger, Agent and Underwriter for this transaction and was represented by Clifford Chance. Transportation Partners’ legal team handled the transaction with the assistance of Stephenson Harwood.
