Aircastle plans to offer US$500m aggregate principal amount of senior notes

Aircastle Limited reported that it plans to offer an aggregate of US$500m principal amount of its senior notes due 2024. Aircastle plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, which may include the acquisition of aircraft or the refinancing of its existing indebtedness.
