Avpro signs 8 remarketing agreements

Avpro reported the signing of eight remarketing agreements at Heli-Expo. Four EMS configured EC135 P2/T2+’s and one Utility A109E Power with International Technology Corporation Group (ITC); ITC-AeroLeasing. Additionally, Avpro entered into two exclusive remarketing agreements on a Sikorsky S76C+ and an S92A with two major financial institutions and one Agusta Grand with an undisclosed Middle Eastern Client. ITC-AeroLeasing, has historically been active in the aircraft operating lease business and has built a strong reputation with private and corporate owners, operators and airlines. ITC has maintained its dominance in advising operators in acquiring Japanese governmental aircraft where the firm has an approximate 70% market share. ITC’s experience and innovative approach to structuring sale-leaseback transactions provides the operator with a competitive advantage in bidding for these aircraft.
