SunExpress and DVB close financing for two Boeing 737-800 delivered in March 2017

DVB Bank provided bilateral term loan to SunExpress for the aircraft which represent the first two in a six aircraft batch, that the airline will take delivery this year. Norton Rose Fulbright LLP acted as counsel to the Lender whilst Holman Fenwick Willan LLP acted as counsel to the airline.
