Bonus Tech has carried out its first complete teardown of a General Electric CF34 engine to become the first operator in North America with a full in-house capability for removing, disassembling, tagging, and re-packaging the entire array of current aero engines, from the smallest (such as the CF34 family) to the largest – the Pratt & Whitney PW4000-112 inch and GE90 families. On the strength of its engineering capabilities and the technical expertise of its personnel, Bonus Tech has been able to develop a bespoke service offer that combines quality and a doorstep presence. In addition to core business solutions, which include full engine teardown, part identification and tagging for maximum traceability, plus full packaging, Bonus Tech also offers upstream and downstream services. Upstream, Bonus Tech can organize the transportation of the engine to its workshops, carry out borescope inspections to accurately gauge the engine’s condition and confirm the scope of the teardown. Clients wishing to do so can visit Bonus Tech facilities to inspect the removed parts before packaging, while downstream, Bonus Tech can also organize the parts’ shipping to facilities notified by the client. These high value-added services have earned Bonus Tech the trust of renowned engine manufacturers like Pratt & Whitney and General Electric.
