SAS finances seven Boeing 737s

SAS has completed financing of seven Boeing 737s on April 28, which previously were owned. The financing is undertaken through a so called Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO). The transaction will not have any earnings impact. The value of the transaction corresponds to US$101m and the cash has been transferred to SAS during the second quarter 2016/2017.
