AviaAM Financial Leasing China delivers 4th brand-new Airbus to Aeroflot

AviaAM Leasing, a Warsaw Stock Exchange listed aircraft leasing company, released that its joint venture with the Henan Civil Aviation Development and Investment Company (HNCA) – AviaAM Financial Leasing China – has acquired 4th Airbus A320 family aircraft which was delivered to Airbus facilities in Toulouse, France. On the 23rd of June, the 20 business and 120 economy seats configured aircraft was handed to Aeroflot – Russian Airlines. Under the operating lease contract, the Russian flag carrier will operate the aircraft for the next 12 years. The newly-built aircraft was delivered as a part of a previously signed Memorandum of Understanding between AviaAM Financial Leasing China and Aeroflot – Russian Airlines, covering the sale and lease back of total 8 ex-factory Airbus A320/A321 aircraft. The legal assistance for the lease was provided by DLA Piper.
