Delta Air Lines also says goodbye to Boeing 747s

One day after United Airlines announced its plans to retire its Boeing 747s, Delta Air Lines has announced that it is preparing to say goodbye to its own fleet of Boeing 747s later this year. No final date has been set for Delta’s final international 747 flight, but it will happen sometime later this year. United’s final international 747 flight from Seoul to San Francisco will depart October 29.
