Air Partner leases Embraer 145 on behalf of Portugália

Air Partner’s Aircraft Remarketing division has successfully leased one Embraer 145 to a European operator on behalf of Portugália – Companhia Portuguesa De Transportes Aéreos, S.A. (Portugália). The aircraft, which has the serial number 145036 and was delivered on September 20, 2017, will initially be operated under a sublease agreement by Maleth-Aero AOC Limited on the Maltese register. Air Partner’s Aircraft Remarketing division has enjoyed a successful 2017 to date, both winning and fulfilling a number of mandates. Notable transactions have included the sale and delivery of a third Kenya Airways B777-200ER aircraft to Omni Air International; the sale of two B747-400s to Jet Midwest Group on behalf of China Airlines; and the sale of two of Kenya Airways’ B737-700 aircraft, which were then leased back to Kenya Airways for continued operation. It was also recently appointed by Saudi Arabian Airlines as its exclusive remarketing agent in respect of 15 Boeing 777-200ERs, and currently has other mandates on a variety of aircraft, including a B787, a B767, ERJ145s, ATR72s and a King Air 200.
