SWISS International Airlines renews and expands service partnership with SR Technics

SR Technics, a world leading MRO service provider, has signed several service agreements with SWISS International Airlines (SWISS). The contracts cover aircraft base and cabin maintenance, hangar & infrastructure and additional services for SWISS and Edelweiss, including 51 narrow-body and 35 wide-body aircraft. As per the new contract, SR Technics will provide C-checks for the Airbus fleet, as well as back-shop and cabin maintenance support during scheduled A-Checks on A320Fam, A340, A330, B777 and Bombardier C Series aircraft. The MRO will also be supplying GSE maintenance and calibration services on test equipment under the new agreement as well as a range of other maintenance, infrastructure, storage and support services on site in Zurich and Geneva. The fact that SR Technics has its home base in Zurich and a strong presence in Geneva played an important part in securing the new deal with Switzerland’s flagship carrier.
