Air France-KLM has completed the capital increases reserved to China Eastern Airlines and Delta Air Lines. The 75,054,820 related new shares have been admitted to the regulated market of Euronext Paris and Amsterdam. These capital increases, announced on July 27, 2017, have been approved by the General meeting of shareholders on September 4, 2017. Each of China Eastern Airlines and Delta Airlines now holds 10% of Air France-KLM’s share capital and has consequently one director representing it at Air France-KLM’s board of directors.
