PPG receives Parts Manufacturer Approval for BEECHJET 400 jet windshield

PPG has received Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) from the Federal Aviation Administration for its aftermarket glass-faced acrylic windshields for BEECHJET 400 business jets and their variants. The PPG windshields have been selected by Nextant Aerospace for NEXTANT 400XTI remanufactured business jets. PPG’s new glass-faced acrylic windshields offer ease of installation and exceptional resistance to moisture ingress that can affect service life, according to Steve Kight, PPG market director, general aviation transparencies.
