Pratt & Whitney signs exhaust system component distribution agreement with Satair Group

Pratt & Whitney has entered into an agreement with Satair Group, a provider of aftermarket services and solutions for the civil aerospace industry, for the exclusive distribution of PW4000 100-inch engine nacelle exhaust system parts. Under the terms of the agreement, Satair Group will distribute the spare parts to Pratt & Whitney’s worldwide customer base. Satair Group will also maintain customer orders and fulfillment for the life of the program and has already taken over distribution duties. “Our mission is to provide our customers with the highest level of Aftermarket support throughout the engine’s lifecycle under the Pratt & Whitney EngineWise™ service brand,” said Earl Exum, Pratt & Whitney’s vice president, Transactional Aftermarket. “We are pleased that our PW4000 engine customers will have expanded use of Satair Group’s worldwide distribution network.”
