Morten Beyer & Agnew (mba) was retained by Wings Capital Partners to provide Aircraft Appraisals, Maintenance Cash Flow Modeling, and Commercial Industry Analysis for notes issued by WAVE 2017-1 USA LLC and WAVE 2017-1 Limited. The portfolio consists of nineteen assets, containing a mix of eighteen narrowbody and one widebody aircraft, currently on lease to seventeen lessees spanning fourteen countries. Goldman Sachs & Co., Credit Agricole Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities acted as Joint Structuring Agents and Bookrunners.
