AEI receives order for three additional MD-83SF freighter conversions for Aeronaves T.S.M.

Aeronautical Engineers (AEI) has signed a contract to provide Mexico-based Aeronaves T.S.M (TSM) with three additional MD-83SF freighter conversions. The first MD-83 aircraft (MSN 53293) will commence modification on December 11th, followed by the second MD-83 (MSN 53292) commencing modification in February of 2018 and then followed by the third MD-83 (MSN 49941) starting modification in late April, 2018. All the AEI MD-83SF modifications will be performed by Commercial Jet’s Miami, Florida facility.
