O’Reilly brings a wealth of experience having advised the previous two UK Ambassadors to Ireland on Irish politics, business engagement, economics and trade policy. He is a trained Barrister in Ireland and the British Virgin Islands and has acted as legal consultant to several US multinationals establishing European operations in Ireland.
