Vallair, the aircraft trading, leasing and specialist MRO organisation, has completed the delivery of a Boeing 737-400F (MSN 26299), to ASL Aviation Holdings (Ireland).
The aircraft recently went through a freighter conversion followed by a “C” Check with Integration Maintenance performed in the USA. The lease term is for 48 months with a 24-month extension option.

We are pleased to have this freshly converted Boeing B737-400 aircraft delivered to ASL, with whom we have a strong relationship on the MRO side. We recently announced being the launch customer of the Airbus 321-200 P2F cargo program and this transaction is indicative of the huge potential we see in the P2F conversions market in which we are committed to becoming a global leader.”
