AAR, a global leader in aviation services, has signed a long-term Repair and Overhaul License agreement along with a Parts Supply agreement with Honeywell Aerospace. AAR will be providing repairs of over 1,800 Honeywell base part number and line replacements unit (LRU) repair items in AAR’s New York and Amsterdam component repair shops.
To support those component repairs, AAR will source over 4,000 material supply piece part items from Honeywell who will also provide repair and overhaul of LRUs to support AAR’s growing flight-hour component support programs for airline fleets worldwide.
The agreement covers various platforms including pneumatics, hydraulics, and power generation for Boeing, Airbus and regional commercial fleet types. These combined agreements make AAR a long-term Channel Partner to help grow and maintain the Honeywell products throughout the globe.
