SIA Engineering Company has signed an In-Flight Entertainment and Connectivity (IFEC) maintenance agreement with Thales.
Singapore Airlines (SIA) had selected Thales’ AVANT IFE system and Ka-band connectivity solution for its fleet of A350 XWB aircraft configured for medium-haul operations. This IFEC maintenance agreement between SIAEC and Thales will support the SIA fleet for an initial term of 10 years and the scope of services will include line maintenance, software and media content loading, and support.
