Czech Airlines Technics (CSAT) has entered a long-term agreement with QOCO Systems to implement its QOCO MROTools application, a digital solution designed to streamline tooling management in the aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) sector. The partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and support CSAT's broader digitalisation efforts.
QOCO MROTools simplifies the process of booking, returning, and tracking tools essential for aircraft maintenance and repairs. The solution is already trusted by major airlines and MROs such as Finnair, Endeavor (part of Delta Group), and TAP Portugal. By adopting the system, CSAT becomes the first independent MRO in the industry to deploy this cutting-edge technology.
Matti Nevala, CEO of QOCO Systems, highlighted the tool's potential to address current industry challenges, including resource shortages and the need for improved efficiency. “QOCO MROTools will help CSAT ensure safer and more efficient tooling management, advancing their digitalisation efforts significantly,” Nevala said.
CSAT's integration of QOCO MROTools will also include a cloud service linked to their AMOS M&E system, aligning with the needs of their airline and lessor customers. Petr Dobersky, CEO and Chairman of the Board at CSAT, emphasised the benefits of reducing paperwork associated with aviation safety regulations. “Our mechanics will experience a significant reduction in administrative tasks, while we deliver an even greater level of safety and efficiency to our customers,” Dobersky noted.
This partnership is part of QOCO's strategy to advance the digitalisation of aircraft maintenance across Europe and the Middle East. The company has recently secured growth investment to support its expansion into the U.S. market, reflecting its commitment to developing technology-agnostic solutions through deep partnerships in the aviation industry.
