ACIA Aero Leasing (ACIA) has announced the delivery of the first of two ATR 72-600 aircraft to Emerald Airlines, marking the beginning of a new leasing partnership. The aircraft, configured in a 72-seat layout, will join Emerald’s Dublin-based fleet as the airline continues its strategic expansion. A second ATR 72-600 is due to follow, bringing Emerald’s total fleet of the type to 20 aircraft.
ACIA, a global provider of regional aircraft leasing and lease management solutions, sees this agreement as a significant step in reinforcing its customer base. “We are continuing to strengthen our customer footprint and are delighted to welcome Emerald Airlines as a new lessee for ACIA,” commented Mick Mooney, Chief Executive Officer. “Emerald Airlines have grown steadily over the last few years and we are proud to add them to the ACIA family.”

Emerald Airlines, established in 2021, operates the Aer Lingus Regional network, offering vital connectivity between Ireland, the UK and France. The airline also provides wet leasing, franchise operations, and private charter services.
