HEICO Corporation (HEICO) has announced the acquisition of Gables Engineering, Inc., a long-established leader in advanced avionics controls, for an undisclosed cash sum. The transaction, completed by HEICO's Electronic Technologies Group, is expected to be accretive to HEICO's earnings within one year of the purchase.
Founded in 1946, Gables Engineering has built a strong reputation as a specialist designer and manufacturer of avionics systems, including navigation, audio, surveillance, and communication panels. Its products support both original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and aftermarket operations, serving major airlines, Tier 1 avionics providers, and aircraft manufacturers worldwide.
