flydocs seals new Air India partnership

flydocs, a provider of digital records, asset management and engineering services for the aviation industry, has signed Air India as its first digital records customer in the Indian market. This milestone marks a significant chapter in flydocs’ history and establishes a close partnership with India’s leading international airline, supporting its growing fleet of nearly 200 aircraft operating across the country’s largest global network.

The partnership will enhance Air India’s operational efficiency and fleet management capabilities through the provision of flydocs’ market-leading Digital Records Management (DRM) software and Digital Engineering Services. These include end-of-lease projects designed to maintain the quality of vital records, strengthen processes and ensure compliance, while reducing risks associated with lease returns.

It also strengthens the airline’s existing collaboration with flydocs’ Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem partner, Swiss Aviation Software — developer of the leading maintenance and engineering (M&E) software AMOS — by enabling a seamless flow of documentation between the two platforms.
