High Ridge Aviation (HRA) has completed the acquisition of an Airbus A330-300 Passenger-to-Freighter (P2F) aircraft (MSN 958) from CDB Aviation. The aircraft is leased to AeroTransportes Mas de Carga (MasAir), a Mexico-based cargo operator with an all-A330 P2F fleet. This transaction marks High Ridge Aviation’s first transaction with CDB Aviation, establishes MasAir as a new customer, and represents the first P2F aircraft in the HRA portfolio.
Separately, High Ridge Aviation has completed the acquisition of a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner (MSN 34423) from BBAM Aircraft Leasing & Management (BBAM). The aircraft is leased to TUI and continues to operate within the airline’s long-haul fleet. This transaction represents High Ridge Aviation’s first acquisition from BBAM and marks the start of a new customer relationship with TUI.
High Ridge Aviation Chief Executive Officer Greg Conlon commented on both transactions: “This acquisition supports our growth plan and adds further diversity to our portfolio as we expand into the P2F segment. The investment is underpinned by our deep understanding of the passenger-to-freighter market and the A330’s role as a proven platform for global cargo operators.”
