Rolls-Royce has launched an advanced aircraft and engine health monitoring programme for Bombardier Global 5500 and Global 6500 business jets, combining its Pearl engine Engine Vibration & Health Monitoring Unit (EVHMU) with Bombardier’s Smart Link Plus system.
Available to operators enrolled in Rolls-Royce CorporateCare® Enhanced, the integrated solution provides real-time, automatic transmission of engine performance and health data, enabling predictive maintenance, faster troubleshooting and improved aircraft availability.
The system monitors up to 10,000 engine health parameters, giving operators and Rolls-Royce actionable insights to optimise maintenance planning and maximise operational uptime.
The new service forms part of Rolls-Royce’s ongoing investment in digital technologies, reinforcing its commitment to predictive maintenance, customer support and operational excellence in the business aviation market.
