Rcapital has completed the acquisition of Adams Aviation Supply Company from Incora, securing one of Europe’s leading distributors of parts and accessories for the general and business aviation maintenance sector.
Founded in 1968, Adams Aviation has built a strong reputation for rapid parts delivery, industry-leading traceability and technical expertise. Headquartered in Crawley, West Sussex, the company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification, as well as UK CAA Part 145 and EASA Part 145 maintenance approvals. It also operates a specialist repair centre for aviation headsets, helmets and emergency locator transmitters.
As a first-line distributor with direct relationships with major component manufacturers, Adams Aviation maintains extensive inventory for immediate dispatch to airlines, operators, maintenance providers, armed forces and aircraft manufacturers worldwide.
The existing management team will remain in place, with Rcapital providing strategic and operational support to accelerate the company’s next phase of growth.
