Ramco Systems has appointed Sandesh Bilagi as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding from his previous role as President and Chief Operating Oficer. He takes charge after leading the company’s operational turnaround, which delivered six consecutive quarters of operating profit through FY2026, and will now focus on accelerating global growth and Ramco’s transition into an AI-native enterprise software company.
Bilagi has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology and has held leadership roles across sales, delivery and operations. He founded Ramco’s Australia and New Zealand business, helping establish it as one of the company’s strongest markets through major customer wins and expansion of its product portfolio. During his tenure, he also guided the company through two leadership transitions and the operational challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Before joining Ramco, Bilagi held senior positions at HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra. He has led strategic growth initiatives, established offshore development centres and secured major contracts, including deals worth more than US$550 million with Australian corporations.
