Vallair has appointed Valentina Pilshchikova as Director Asset Trading, placing the long-serving executive in charge of the company’s aircraft and engine asset trading activities.
Based in Luxembourg, Pilshchikova will oversee the development of new business opportunities, strengthen relationships with customers and partners, identify aircraft and engine acquisition and sales prospects, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored asset solutions.
Pilshchikova joined Vallair in 2018 as a Purchasing Administrative Officer before progressing through roles including Material Sales & Market Analyst and Engine & Parts Trading Sales Manager. She brings more than 15 years of international commercial experience and over seven years in the aviation sector, supported by an engineering background.
The Asset Trading division works with airlines, lessors, traders, MROs and other aviation partners to maximise the value of aircraft and engine assets throughout their lifecycle.
