BeauTech Power Systems (BeauTech) has appointed Francesco Baccarani as Director Asset Management – APAC, strengthening its engine leasing and asset management capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Based in Singapore, Baccarani will support BeauTech’s engine leasing and asset management activities, provide technical expertise and work closely with customers, lessors, airlines and industry partners.
He joins the company with more than 20 years of aviation and powerplant management experience. Most recently, he served as VP Technical Engines at SGI Aviation, where he specialised in engine asset management, shop visit oversight, technical due diligence, pre-purchase inspections, engine redeliveries and fleet support.
Baccarani has worked across a wide range of commercial aircraft engine platforms, including the PW4000, CFM56, V2500, CF6-80 and CF34 families. Earlier in his career, he held technical roles at IASG and Volare Airlines, focusing on engine troubleshooting, condition monitoring and maintenance management.
