AerFin and Lufthansa Technik have signed a new multi-platform component agreement aimed at improving material availability and providing greater flexibility across the aviation supply chain.
Under the agreement, AerFin will provide Lufthansa Technik with access to serviceable material covering a range of Airbus and Boeing aircraft, including the A320ceo, A320neo and A330 families, as well as the Boeing 737NG, 737 MAX and 777.
The partnership is designed to strengthen Lufthansa Technik’s component support network as the aviation aftermarket continues to face supply chain and material availability pressures.
Berit Plewinsky, Vice President Aircraft Component Services at Lufthansa Technik, said the company was seeking trusted partners to develop solutions that improve component availability and support seamless flight operations for customers.
